We are exploring the historical development of Catholicism in Canada over the past 150 years. Topics to be explored include: Canadian Catholicism and international development (since 1967); Canadian Catholicism and the making of Confederation; Women Religious and Catholicism; Relations between Catholicism and First Nations; interaction between Church and State; and Catholic agents of social change.
